Why is your response time 24 hours?

I work full time in a prison and do not have access to my cell phone or personal email while inside the institution. 

Why are custom sugar cookies so expensive?

Custom sugar cookies are more than just flour, sugar, butter, and eggs. They take several hours to design, bake, decorate, and package. Each order is made with the customer in mind to ensure that they receive a special product for their special occasion. 

Do you offer quantities less than a dozen?

Yes, but not all of the time. For many holidays and celebrations I will offer pre-orders on this site. This means that preselected cookie designs will be available for individual purchase and can be picked up on a predetermined date. Pre-orders will be announced on my social media pages so be sure to follow on Facebook and Instagram so you don't miss the sales.
